The Company

The Staines Partnership Ltd., a private company limited by guarantee, whose purpose is to act as the vehicle that delivers town centre management in Staines.The strategic objectives of the company are:

• To develop and maintain a shared vision for the management of Staines town centre

• To provide the partnership framework for the strategic direction and effective delivery of town centre management

• To improve the annual performance of town centre management activities

• To ensure the active support of stakeholders, partners, and customers in delivering the vision

• To develop and maintain programmes to deliver the agreed priorities

• To achieve more efficient and cost effective services provided by the Borough Council, the

private sector, and other organisations

• To regularly measure and report on key performance indicators against agreed benchmarks

The Board of Directors

The Board is an independent body comprising of senior representatives from stakeholders in the public and private sectors who have an interest in the development and continued prosperity of Staines. The Board s responsibilities are to:

• Produce and communicate an agreed strategy

• Implement agreed priorities for action

• Undertake continuous review of future policy and issues

• Maintain an overview of the partnership’s performance

The Partnership Manager

The Partnership Manager co-ordinates the work of the partnership and ensures that agreed actions are delivered.

The Working Groups

It is through these groups that key issues are addressed and agreed actions are delivered in line with the strategic objectives of the Staines Partnership. A Board member chairs each working group and is responsible for reporting back to the main Board on the work of the group. Membership of groups is drawn from partnership members and other bodies where appropriate.
